Marrubium vulgare L.

Application: In case of diseases of the liver, gastrointestinal inflammation with colic, diseases of the kidney and bladder, diabetes, laryngitis, bronchitis, whooping cough, shortness of breath. Externally in struma, rheumatism, rashes.

Effect: Antispasmodic, cholagogue, antitussive, anti-inflammatory.

Directions: Extract - soak 2 teaspoons of the herb for 4 hours in 250 ml of cold water. Strain and drink the amount during 1 day in sips. Tea can be sweetened.
