Primula veris L.

Application: For upper respiratory tract infections, bronchitis, bronchial asthma, flu. Also used in inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract, difficulty urinating, gout, spikes. In fatigue, spring fever (Vit C, A) weakness, insomnia. In nervous exhaustion, insomnia, headaches.

Effect: Expectorant, diaphoretic, diuretic, secretory, calming the nervous system.

Directions: Brew 2 tablespoons of the herb with 300 ml of boiling water and strain after 15 minutes Drink 100 ml three times daily.
