General Terms and Conditions

1. Confidentiality of Personal Data

Herb Ltd. guarantees the confidentiality of its clients’ personal data. Data will only be used for:
- establishing contact with the customer regarding order details, delivery and payment;
- issuing invoices and product guarantees.

Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except when required by law or competent authorities. By using this site, you agree that your data may be processed for the purposes of commercial service and fulfillment of your order. Data will be stored for two years, unless longer retention is required by the National Revenue Agency or other governmental authorities. If you wish your data to be deleted, please contact us via the contact form, by phone, or at: customercare@herbtm.com.

2. Consent to Purchase

A commercial relationship begins when the customer submits an order by filling in the required data, agreeing to the general terms, and pressing the “ORDER” or “BUY” button.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed once reviewed by a company employee. Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the next business day. If prices change between order placement and processing, the price at the time of order applies.

4. Order Cancellation

• Customers may cancel their contract within 14 days by written request via e-mail or paper.
• Products must be returned unopened, in original packaging, within 14 days of cancellation request. Return costs are borne by the customer.
• Return address: 4442 Bulgaria, Sinitovo village, Bilki EOOD Warehouse.
• If ordered goods are unavailable, the seller will offer alternatives or refund the amount. Refunds for card payments are processed only by crediting the same card.

5. Claims for Damaged Goods

Claims for breakage must be made upon receipt, in the presence of the courier, documented in a protocol. In such cases, Herb Ltd. will refund the value of damaged products and cover return delivery costs. Claims about shelf life must be submitted within one business day of receipt. All claims are registered in accordance with Article 127 (2) of the Consumer Protection Act.

6. Payment Methods

We accept online card payments through secure encrypted connections (e.g. Epay.bg, Borica, and others). Purchases are protected under EU consumer protection regulations.

7. Disclaimer

• Product descriptions are informative and do not replace medical consultation. Misuse or self-medication is at the customer’s risk.
• The company is not responsible for technical errors on the site. Inadvertent mistakes in product descriptions or prices may occur.
• We do not provide online health consultations. Always consult a qualified physician, herbalist, or other specialist before starting any treatment with herbal or dietary products, especially for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women.
