Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is displayed on the checkout page before payment is completed. Delivery prices are calculated based on the destination country, the weight of the goods, and whether they require fragile handling.

Payment Methods

Payments can be made using various secure methods. Available options may differ depending on the delivery country. All payments are processed over encrypted connections for your protection.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, during our working hours 09:00 – 15:30 CET. We do not operate on Bulgarian public holidays. Orders placed outside business hours are processed on the following business day.

Fragile Shipments

For fragile products, please check the contents of your package in the presence of the courier. In case of damage, the courier must prepare an official protocol. Upon submission of the protocol and photos, Herb Ltd. will refund the value of the damaged products and the transport cost.

Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates start from EUR 4.99, depending on weight and destination. We cooperate with several courier companies across the European Community. Standard delivery times within the EU are between 3 and 9 business days. All parcels are dispatched from Bulgaria and can be tracked online.
