Application: In respiratory disease (angina, bronchitis, catarrh, cough, shortness of breath) to facilitate sputum in gastrointestinal inflammation.
Effect: Inflammatory, softening, diuretic agent.
Description: Perennial herb with short thick rhizome and long up to 50 cm whitish roots. Flowers from white to pale pink, rarely red.
Directions: In the form of cold extract – pour 1 tablespoon of the roots with 500 ml of cold water and leave it to soak for 1 hour. Drink 1 cup sweetened with honey or candy 4 times a day before meals.
