Laxative Tea - 7 Herbs

Laxative tea, in constipation, with strong effect 

Ingredients: Rad. Ononidis (harrow root)
Rad. et Hb. Taraxaci (dandelion root and stem)
Cort. Frangulao (buckthorn bark)
Rad. Liquiritae (licorice root]
Fr. Coriandri (coriander fruit)
Fol. Serine (senna leaf)
Fol. Myrtilli (bilberry leaf)

Indications:In chronic constipation and obesity for losing weight. The combination of herbs has purgative /laxative/ and diuretic effect, suppresses the appetite. Designed for people who besides overweight are prone to constipation and irregular stomach. The herbal mixture facilitates regular digestion, whilst promote the breakdown of fats, drawing and discharge the fats from bodily cells.

 It is recommended during application of the tea to reduce intake of foods that you think are the cause of your overweight. Size of the stomach of an adult person is around a liter - so there is a simple rule for feeding - 250ml liquid 500 g food per meal. Compliance with this rule provides normal stomach digestion without overloading /overeating/ and ability to derive full nutrients from the food.

Usage: Boil 2 tablespoons of the mixture with 600 ml of boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Then the brew cools together with the herbs for 30 minutes and thereafter is strained. Drink the quantity in three times 15 minutes before meals.
