Sorbus aucuparia

Application: In stagnant fluids in the body, liver and kidney disease, kidney stones, intestinal catarrh, diarrhea, dysentery, dropsy, vitamin deficiency of vitamin C type.

Effect: Diuretic, laxative and antirheumatic agent.

How to use: Boil 1 tablespoon of fruit, slightly crushed, for 5 min in 400 g of water. Strain the decoction and partake one wineglass three times daily before meals.

Tea is highly acidic.
