Bilberry Black - Fruit, no sugar added, berries

Vacdnium myrtillus L.

Application: Rich in vitamins and flavonoids, the plant is used as clamping means for diarrhea in children (along with antibiotics prescribed by a doctor) and gastritis, enteritis and colitis in adults. In case of eczema apply compress of boiled for few minutes fresh fruits. In traditional medicine is recommended in painful attacks by stones in kidney, gout, rheumatism. High content of carotene justifies application of the fruits for nyctalopia.

Effect: Clamping, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial.

Usage:* If case of diarrhea take 30 to 50 g dried cranberries a day.

* For general strengthening: Soak dried fruits for 8 hours in cold water or steam with boiling water, at a daily dose of 2 teaspoons fruit to 250 ml of water. * Outwardly - thicker decoction (boil 100 g of fruit in 1/2l of water boil until the water evaporates to half). Compresses with potion should be changed in every 5 hours.
