Myristica fragrans

Application: Increases appetite, improves digestion. Boosts the immune system and increases the tone and the mood.

Effect: Stimulates digestion and appetite. Antiseptic. Tonic.

* Spice.

Directions:pour 1/5 teaspoon (1 g) nutmeg with 250ml of boiling water, cover with lid for 5 minutes. Drink after meals, slightly warm.

* It has a relaxing effect at evening just before bedtime in hot milk with a little sugar.
