Myristica fragrans

Effect: Stimulates digestion and appetite. Antiseptic. Tonic.

Usage: Increases appetite, improves digestion. Stimulates the immune system and increases the tone and the mood. Acts as an aphrodisiac.

* Spice.

Directions: Pour on 1/5 teaspoon (1 g) of the fruit 250ml of boiling water, put a lid on it for 5 minutes. Drink after meals, slightly warm.

 * Has a relaxing effect at evening just before bedtime in hot milk with a little sugar.

Warning: Do not use during pregnancy and lactation! Should not be used by children and adolescents below the age of 18! Potent herb!
