Cocoa beans are the best choice for human health because raw cacao contains many popular antioxidants (especially anti-aging) that make it superfood .

Cocoa is extracted from the beans of Theobroma Cacao, which literally means "food of the gods." Cocoa contains over 300 compounds , including: proteins, fats, carbohydrates, fibers, iron , zinc, copper, calcium and magnesium.

Magnesium helps build strong bones and muscles and acts soothingly. Cocoa is of high sulfur content, which helps to the health of hair and nails. Contains phenylethylamine (PEA) and anandamide. Phenylethylamine (PEA) is a chemical element directly related to the adrenal gland. It is known as the molecule of love that is released in men and women when they are in love.

Another " happy " chemical element found in chocolate is the lipid anandamide. It is produced in our brains when we feel great. Anandamide is called psihozomimetik (substance simulating psychosis) as it causes changes in blood pressure and blood sugar levels leading to feelings of excitement and alertness.

Anandamide enhances mood and reduces depression, but it is not addictive as caffeine.
In raw cocoa there is also theobromine which affects our nervous system and oxalic acid which inhibit calcium absorption.

The choice of crushed cacao beans, which is 1 teaspoon cacao for your morning cacao drink will be very healthy alternative, as cacao is a strong antioxidant and substance of " bliss " strong tonic.

Ideal for healthy drink combined with coconut milk and stevia with a little cinnamon.

Keep in mind that too much cacao at once may cause overstimulation of the central nervous system and the heart and brain. This may make you feel hyperactive and sleepy thereafter.

Note that the crushed cacao beans are quite powerful and 4-5 are probably sufficient. If you love chocolate, as most of us do, choose the dark one.
