Indications: Diuretic, carminative, facilitates the digestion of fats.

Effect: The folk medicine recommends horseradish roots in cases of water in abdomen, sand in kidneys and bladder, rheumatism, gout, whooping cough, flatulence, shortness of breath, for increasing the appetite, for sexual arousal, etc. externally – for poultice in rheumatism, pleurisy and gout.

How to use: Pour 1 tablespoon grated horseradish with 400 ml of boiling water and leave to soak for 1 hour. Drink 1 coffee cup before meals 4 times a day. Or mix 400 g of grated horseradish with 500 g of honey. Partake 1 tablespoon three times a day before meals.

In our traditional medicine, mixed 1:10 with yogurt, horseradish is used against diabetes and high blood pressure. Partake 1 tablespoon three times a day before meals.
