Action: Beneficial for digestive system, liver, bile, skin, blood system, blood circulation. Especially beneficial in constipation.
Directions for use: Adults and children over 12 years old: 1 flat measuring spoon in the morning or in the evening. May be mixed with yogurt. Children over 6 years old: 1/2 flat scoop 1-2 times a day. Children under 6 years of age: after consultation with a pediatrician
