Ingredients: Thyme - stem, Oregano - stem, Melissa herb - leaf, Hypericaceae perforazium /yellow flower/- stem, bilberries - leaf.
Indications: In order to enhance the mental and physical activities, the tone of the central nervous system, to improve the mental and physical strength, to enhance the mood.
Method of preparation: Brew two teaspoons of the mixture for 15-20 min in 200-300 ml of boiling water. Drink the tea pleasantly warm.
