Greek Mountain Tea Whole

Sideritis scardica Griseb.

Application: In case of cough, bronchitis, prostatitis, kidney and urinary tract, in liver diseases. Supportive.

Effect: Softening, diaphoretic and antitussive. Antioxidant, tonic, diuretic, restorative, antianaemic, anti-inflammatory effect, reduces blood pressure and prevents atherosclerosis.

Directions: Cut into small pieces 4 sprigs of the herbs (3 tablespoons) and brew with 600 ml of boiling water for 10 min. Drink 1 cup of decoction hot 3 times daily.
