Grape seed powder with natural resveratrol
Grape seed flour is obtained from the seeds of red grapes. It can be used both for internal purposes and for external use.
Grape meal contains vital substances, some even in higher concentrations, than grape seed oil. It has antioxidant properties, contains more than 60% fiber and has 13% protein. This finely ground powder consists of fiber, calcium and vitamin E. The antioxidant properties of grape seed flour are mainly due to the high density of polyphenols and proanthocyanidins.
Its valuable components such as oligomeric proanthocyanidins remain when baking because they are heat resistant.
Grape seed flour can be used in all types of baked goods. You can replace 5-10% of the wheat flour when baking with grape seed flour. It is also good to add to vegetable juices and smoothies.
Packed with antioxidants and bioflavonoids, including resveratrol, the benefits of regular consumption of grape seed meal may include reduced inflammation, improved cardiovascular health, and reversal of premature aging.
Grape seed powder is an excellent exfoliant for the skin of the face and body, giving it a healthy and radiant appearance.
Grape seed - a natural source of health
Red grape seeds (Vitis vinifera) have many health and beauty benefits. They are rich in antioxidants and vitamin E. This makes grape seeds a superfood.
Their ingredients support the body's defenses, especially in venous diseases such as varicose veins. They also help improve wound healing and reduce water retention (edema). They can suppress inflammation, keep blood vessels clear and prevent bacteria. They have a regenerating effect on the skin and hair. They strengthen the immune system.
Among the polyphenols in grape seeds, oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC) stand out. This group of molecules are powerful antioxidants. They protect cells by binding to free radicals, the cancer-causing particles in the blood. So these radical scavengers render dangerous free radicals harmless. OPCs also slow down the aging of the body's cells and prevent unhealthy cell growth. They maintain normal blood flow, which contributes to the optimal supply of body tissues with oxygen.
Grape seeds also contain tannins and resveratrol, another powerful antioxidant.
Grape seeds also contain salicylate, a source of salicylic acid. This substance is the basis of aspirin and is used to prevent heart and blood diseases. Salicylic acid can also counteract vasoconstriction. When external wounds heal, OPCs contribute to an increase in free radicals, which have a pro-oxidative function.
