How to use Black cumin flour
Culinary purpose: Black cumin seed powder can be used as a spice, added to drinks like smoothies and juices, brewed as a tea, or filled into capsules. Use 2 tbsp. (30 g) once a day.
Tea: Pour 1 tsp. powdered seeds with 450 milliliters of boiling water. The decoction is left to soak for 1/2 hour and then filtered. It is taken 3 times, before meals, 50 ml each. The prepared dose is enough for 3 days.
