Application: Exterior is used in rheumatism, lumbago and sciatica in inflammation of the lungs and upper respiratory tract in children's colds; internally - in biliary colic and bronchitis.

Usage: Indoor - 1 tsp finely crushed mustard seeds mixed with 100 g honey (Take 1 teaspoon 3 times daily after meals); external - for paws Mix equal parts mustard and usually flour and knead the dough with warm water (applied to gauze on the skin) for 10-20 minutes for children 3 to 6 minutes.
