Hb. Filipendula ulmaria – meadowsweet stem
Hb. Achillea millefolium - yarrow stem

Strob. Lupuli - hop cones
Fol. Mentha pip. - mint leaf
Effect: Sedative, antispasmodic, hypotensive. Removes neurotic climacteric complaints.
Method of application: Pour two tablespoons of the mixture with 500 ml of boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. When infusion is cool strain and drink cold 100 ml three times daily before meals.
