Vacdnium myrtillus L.

Application: Lowering the level of blood sugar effect of the neomirtilin contained in leaves of blueberries is experimentally established. In case of hemorrhoids do enemas with infusion of the leaves.

Effect: Clamping, antiseptic, anti-inflammatory.

Usage: Steam 2 tablespoons of the herb in 500 ml of water for 10 minutes. Drink 150 ml 3 times a day before meals.
For enemas and lavement prepare 1 liter infusion for 15 min with 4 tablespoons of the herb.
