Easy and delicious recipes with almond flour

Pancakes
For 3 servings you need:

½ cup almond flour (50 grams)
1 large egg
1 cup of berries - blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
You beat the ingredients well and prepare them like standard pancakes in a pan. Serve drizzled with maple syrup or honey and sprinkled with fruit.

Chocolate cake with almond flour
First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Butter the sides and bottom of a round cake tin and cover the bottom with baking paper.
Pour a small amount of cocoa powder into the lightly buttered pan and swirl until the cocoa powder coats the sides.
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl: 1.5 cups almond flour, ⅓ cup cocoa powder, 1 cup sugar, ¾ teaspoon baking powder, and ½ teaspoon salt.
In a separate, smaller bowl, whisk together 3 eggs, 85g vegetable oil and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
Stir the egg mixture into the almond flour mixture until well combined, then add ½ cup of the chocolate chips. The dough will become thick. Use a rubber spatula to pour it into the cake pan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is springy to the touch.

Cool on a wire rack for 5-10 minutes, then cover with a cutting board or plate and invert. Remove the tray, then the parchment paper and cover with a serving plate. Then flip again.
Dust your chocolate almond flour cake with icing sugar before serving.
