Ruscus aculeatus

Description: The herb is widely used in ancient times and is described in the first century Greek physician Dioscorides as a means of stimulating the flow of urine and menstrual bleeding. Also considered useful in the treatment of the herb bladder stones, headaches, and jaundice.

Action: anti-inflammatory, diuretic, mild laxative

Application: Chronic venous insufficiency, atherosclerosis, varicose veins

Warning: Do not take if you suffer from high blood pressure. Side effects are rarely observed, if it is used as recommended. However, in some cases, the herb may cause nausea. Drug interactions are not currently known.

Directions: In the form of a decoction - 10g. were boiled in 250 ml. water for 10 minutes Drink 1 cup at mealtimes
