Asplenium scolopendrium
Application: In case of cough of different origin, biliary and renal inflammatory diseases, in angina pectoris.
Effect: Softening, soothing cough and pain. Has astringent and anti-inflammatory effect.
How to use: Pour 1 tablespoon of the herb with 250 ml boiling water. After cooling strain. Drink in 3 portions per 1 day.
