Ingredients: 1ml contains 1ml tincture 1: 5 equivalent to 200mg herbs: passionflower, valerian, St. John's wort. Extraction: Glycerin 59%

Application: Oral - 20-30 drops before bedtime or afternoon sleep in 100 ml of water.

The herbs in combination are favorable to the nervous system. To be taken before bedtime.
