Asplenium trichomanes L.

Application: In anxiety, distress, cardiac neurosis, hair loss and uterine inflammation.

Directions: Make a decoction of 1 teaspoon of the herb poured with 250 ml of boiling water and brew for 10 minutes. Strain. Drinkdecoction 50 ml, 4 times per day.
