Helianthus annuus

Very pleasant and aromatic herb with honey flavor. Suitable for table tea or treatment.

Application: In bronchial spasms and cough. Acts as antispasmodic in colic of the gastrointestinal tract. Recommended in patients with malaria as well.

Directions: Prepare a decoction of 1 tablespoon of the herb poured with 350 ml boiling water and brew for 10 minutes. Drink the tea 100 ml 3 times a day.
