Action: Warm, improves blood circulation and treat inflammatory processes.

Administration. Colds conditions stabbing, bronchitis, pneumonia, rheumatism, lumbago, arthritic pain, etc.. Rarely used internally (mixed with honey) for bronchitis, stimulating bile secretion and others.

Directions: Crush the mustard seeds mixed with flour in a 1:1 ratio (kids meal is 2-3 times more than the seed). Make a thick mash with warm water and a little vinegar and had paws like a sick place for 10-20 min (in children for 3-6 min).
