Application: In edema of different origin, fluid in the abdomen (ascites), indigestion, inflammation of the urinary tract.

Effect: Diaphoretic, diuretic, calming the nervous system, inflammatory, stimulates the secretion facilitating digestion, expectorant and anti- helminth.

External: In hemorrhoids, wounds, rashes and other skin problems.

How to use: Boil 1 tablespoon of the roots for 10 minutes in 500 ml of water. Strain. Drink 1 cup 4 times a day before meals; In case of helminth- in the morning on an empty stomach drink 1 coffee spoon of finely ground roots mixed with a little water, then 10 minutes after partake 1 tablespoon castor oil.
