Description:

A combination of wheat and rye ground in a stone mill. Low gluten content. Fluffy, finely ground structure. High in protein and magnesium and a good balance of amino acids. It has a higher lysine content than wheat.

How to use:

Fluffy flour, suitable for all kinds of dishes and pastries. Many bakers believe that the best bread contains 80% white flour and 20% triticale. Suitable for baking pasta, cakes and crackers.
