Rubus idaeus L.

Application: In diarrhea, gastrointestinal inflammation, stomach bleeding, menorrhagia /heavy menstruation/ respiratory diseases, skin rashes. For gargle in sore mouth.

Effect: Vitaminous, supportive, diaphoretic, tonic and astringent.

How to use: Pour 1 tablespoon of the leaves with 250 ml of boiling water and leave aside for 20 min. Drink after percolation as hot tea.
