Action: L-proline is a substitutable amino acid, meaning that the human body can synthesize it independently and it occurs in it. This is a constructive protein that is present in connective tissue, tendons, joints, bones and vasculature (veins and arteries). It also participates in the production of collagen, which improves the tissue structure of the skin, helping to reduce its disintegration in the aging process. It also helps to strengthen joints and cartilage, tendons and heart muscle.
