Syzygium aromaticum

Effectand usage: Has antiseptic and analgesic action. Increases the appetite. Freshens breath and has anti-inflammatory effects in the oral cavity.

*Spice.

Directions: Pour on 1/5 teaspoon (1 g) of the fruit 250ml of boiling water, leave it cupped for 10 minutes.

*You can chew 1-2 whole fruits.

*Has a relaxing effect at evening just before bedtime in hot milk with a little sugar.
