Description: Blackberry grows in the woods, bushes, meadows, along the roads, in the foothills and mountains all over the country.
Usable parts: With curative purpose are used leaves (Folia Rubi fruticosi) and roots (Radiax Rubi fruticosi). The leaves are picked up in summer and roots - from September to November.
Method of application: * Infusion of leaves with fruits or only roots. Boil 20g in 500ml of water for 3 minutes. After straining drink 150ml 3 times daily before meals.
* Blackberry tea from fresh or dried leaves. It resembles the taste of the Chinese tea. Put the leaves in a closed container and allow to droop and darken. Then further dry them in open air. Tea is prepared with these leaves, first let the water boil (dose: 1-2 tablespoons to 500 ml of water).
