Application: It is used in coughs, bronchitis, stomach pain in biliary and liver diseases. Orris root is a mild directic and anti-inflamatory that has been used to treat sore throats and sinus headaches.
Effect: Expectorant and painkiller.
Directions: Prepare infusion of 2 teaspoons of the herb and 500 ml of boiling for 8-10 minutes, strain and drink 150ml 3 times a day.
