Echinacea root is used for viral infections such as flu and common cold. It is applied to strengthen the immune system.

Directions: Prepare infusion of the herb with 2 tablespoons poured with 500 ml of boiling water. Leave it to soak for 2 hours. Drink 150 ml 3 times a day 15 minutes before meals. In case of cold or flu the dose may be increased by drinking in sips throughout the day tea at room temperature or warm /not hot/.
