* The whole dried root retains full flavor of ginger, at any time allaying to grate on a metal grater part of the roots for aromatic dish or warm tea.
Effect: Powerful antioxidant, excellent regulator of digestion. Diuretic.
Application: * For digestive disorders, colds, cough, sore throat, fever, aches and gas in the stomach and intestines, shortness of breath, against vomiting.
* External – for rinsing the mouth to strengthen the gums (for loose teeth), for gargle in sore throat.
* For hemorrhoids mix 1 g sieved ginger powder to 8 -10 g pine Vaseline – for rubbing.
Usage: Boil 1 teaspoon for 5 min in 700 ml of water. Drink as hot tea or 200 ml 3 times a day before meals.
* In case of vomiting / for example in pregnancy / - prepare tea of 1/2 tsp ginger in 500 ml boiling water. Brew for 5 min /so that it is not pungent, but nice and pleasant for drinking /. Strain and drink in small sips a few times until the nausea passes.
Warning: Do not use in inflamed kidneys, intestines, stomach, liver and biliary diseases!
