Ingredients: DL-Phenylalanine.

Recommended Use: As a food supplement, take one capsule twice a day with meals.

Directions for use: DL - phenylalanine helps to relieve pain and increase mood. The D-form of phenylalanine is believed to block enzymes in the nervous system that amplify pain signals. DL-Phenylalanine is often used to help improve mood, alertness or pain relief. It can work very well in combination with mood and memory boosters such as St. John's Wort, SAMe, 5-HTP or acetyl L-carnitine . When taken in combination with Cayenne extract, Wobenzym-N or Curcumin (Turrmeric) helps to further reduce the pain.
