Fr. Anisi (anise seeds)
Fr. Anethi (dill seeds)
Sem. Foenu graeci (fenugreek seeds)
Fr. Foeniculi (fennel seeds)
Indications: To increase the amount of milk in nursing mothers. Tea ingredients favorably affect reducing of colic in infants via breast milk.
Usage: Brew 1 teaspoon of the mixture for 10-15 minutes in 250 ml of water. Strain and drink 20 minutes before breast feeding. Through the breast milk tea helps to reduce the colic in infants.
