Ingredients:
F1. Crataegi (hawthorn flower)
Hb. Leonuri (motherwort stem)
Fol. Betulae (white birch leaf)
Hb. Visci albi (white mistletoe twigs)
Fol. Melissae (melissa herb leaf)
Fl. Sambuci (elder flower)
Rad. Valerianae (valerian root)
Hb. Saturejae (Balkan savory stem)
Effect:Anti-cholesterol, soothing, mild hypotensive. Apply in mild hypertension, in cardiac neurosis.
Directions:Pour two tablespoons of the mixture with 500 ml of water and boil for 5 minutes. After the tea has cooled, strain and drink 1 wineglass 3 times daily before meals.
