Phaseolus vulgaris L.

Application: In initial forms of diabetes, as an aid in treatment under medical supervision. The diuretic effect is used in treatment of inflammatory processes of the urinary tract, for edema, fluid retention, initial forms of hypertension, etc.

Effect: Common beans lower the level of blood sugar (acts like insulin in diabetes, experimentally and clinically proved). Have a diuretic effect.

Directions: Prepare a decoction from 3 tablespoons of the herb and 500 ml of water - boil 10-15 minutes. Drink 150 ml before meals 4 times daily.
