Filipendula ulmaria L.

Application: In ascites (hydropsy), pleurisy, sand in the kidneys, rheumatism and gout.

Effect: Anti-inflammatory, antirheumatic and diuretic.

Usage: Pour 2 tablespoons with 500 ml of water, boil for 10 minutes and leave to soak for 1 hour. Drink 100 ml, 4 times a day before meals.
