Ingredients:

Nettle - leaf, Blueberry - leaf, Galega - stem, Beans - pods, Dandelion - stem, Cinnamon - bark.

Method of preparation:

Pour two tablespoons of the herbal mixture into 500 ml of boiling water and boil for 5 -10 minutes, then strain. It is taken 3 times a day for 150 ml, 20 minutes before meals. The tea is taken at room temperature or pleasantly warm.
