Scheme of administration of the salts is given 2 weeks. Alternate all 12 Dr. Schüssler salts in the succession of days, by the following. Accept 2 tablets of any salt:
Monday:
Salt № 8 - Natrium chloratum - morning
Salt № 9 - Natrium fosforikum - lunch
Salt № 10 - Natrium sulfurikum - night
Tuesday:
Salt № 3 - Ferrum fosforikum - 3 times during the day.
Wednesday:
Salt № 4 - Kalium chloratum - morning
Salt № 5 - Kalium fosforikum - lunch
Salt № 6 - Kalium sulfurikum - night
Thursday:
Salt № 7 - Magnesium Phosphoricum - morning
Salt № 7 - Magnesium Phosphoricum - lunch
Salt № 7 - Magnesium Phosphoricum - night
Friday:
Salt № 1 - Calcium Fluoratum - morning
Salt № 2 - Calcium Phosphoricum - lunch
Salt № 12 - Calcium Sulfuricum - night
Saturday:
Salt № 11 - Silicea - 3 times during the day.
Sunday: REST.
Recommended use:
Adults and children 12 years: 2 tablets four times a day.
Children aged 6 to 11 years: 2 tablets 3 times a day.
Children of 1 to 5 years: 2 tablets 1 time daily.
Tablets should be taken at least half an hour before or after a meal. The tablet is allowed to dissolve slowly in the oral cavity.
For children 1 to 5 years: Dissolve 2 tablets in half a glass of water and give your child a spoonful of this solution 1-3 daily.
