Are you a legitimate company? Can I trust you?

Yes. Herb Ltd. is a fully legitimate, physically existing drugstore with permits for the sale of medicines, herbs, supplements, cosmetics, and related products. All products are stored under strict hygiene conditions, at proper temperatures, and under constant control by regulatory authorities. We are not just an online shop – we are a licensed Drugstore. What if I'm not happy with the service?

We value our customers highly and strive to provide excellent service. If you have any concerns or are not fully satisfied, please contact us – we will do our best to meet your expectations and resolve the issue.

Can I return the products received?

Yes. Herb Ltd. guarantees the right to return unopened, non-food products in their original condition, together with a copy of the invoice. Returns should be sent to the company address listed in the Contacts section. Please note that the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, in line with European law.

Important: For health and safety reasons, foods, teas, and dietary supplements cannot be returned under European Consumer Protection Law.

Are the products legitimate and certified?

Absolutely. Herb Ltd. offers only certified and legitimate products – nutritional, cosmetic, and herbal. We work with more than 500 reputable importers, producers, and trademarks for the Bulgarian market. Our online sales permit ensures ongoing control by the relevant regulatory agencies.
