Order Returns - What are the steps to return an order


Return order upon receipt due to Breakage Claim.

If you receive a damaged or broken shipment, please make a claim to the courier or employee who is delivering the shipment to you. Complaints regarding the breakage or damage of goods purchased are accepted only if they are made upon receipt of the shipment, in the presence of a courier or employee, especially in case of breakage of products in the shipment, where the courier describes the complaint in the protocol. In the case of damaged goods, tea or herbs, we will refund the value of the damaged products by delivery at our expense or at your option we can resend the goods.

Cancellation of order for other reasons

Product mismatch

If you notice that you have received products, herbs or tea that do not fit the description or the parameters you expect, then you can cancel your contract within 14 days from the date of the written request by e-mail or physical medium / paper /. Product expired

Claims may also be made within 3 business day of receipt of the shipment by courier when the claim relates to the shelf life of the product. The company is committed to recording claims in the relevant register in accordance with Article 127 (2) of the Public Procurement Act.

Change of opinion

Purchased goods must be returned within 14 days of requesting the cancellation of the contract, in writing by mail or on paper. Resubmit or Refund
