Shiitake mushrooms are amazing representatives of the mushroom kingdom, used both in cooking and for the treatment of various diseases for many years. In the East, this legendary mushroom has been popular for more than two millennia and is considered a symbol of longevity and health.

How to use
Dried shiitake mushrooms are widely used in Chinese and Japanese folk medicine. At home you can prepare a tincture of them. To do this, they are cut, filled into a jar and poured with alcohol and left for 21 days in a glass container. The tincture is then filtered and consumed in a dose of 1 teaspoon 3 times daily before meals.

You can soak dried mushrooms for about 30 minutes in boiling water and add them to rice dishes.

Contraindications
Chinese shiitake mushrooms under certain conditions can harm the human body, therefore, have a number of contraindications:
