Curcuma longa

Effect and application: Tones the body, facilitates digestion, has antiseptic effect. Favorably affects inflammation of the bile as well as diabetes.

Directions: Pour 1/5 teaspoon (1 gram) ground root in 250ml of boiling water, leave it cupped for 10 minutes. Drink three times a day 20 minutes before meals, at room temperature or warm.

Warning: Urine could be tinged in bright yellow color while using turmeric!
