Use:
* For hair: In Ayurveda one of the most famous blends for healthy, beautiful and strong hair is brigaraja, amla and brahmi powders, mixed in equal quantities with a little warm water. After 15 minutes, the mixture is applied to damp washed hair from the roots and over the entire length. Put a nylon hat and wrap it with a cloth for about 45min. Wash with warm water. * Used on its own, from 2-3 tablespoons. brringage powders and hot water is prepared creamy mask. It lasts 15 minutes and is applied to washed hair and scalp. Put a nylon hat and wrap with a cloth for about 30-40min. Wash with warm water. * For skin: Mix 1-2 tsp. with warm water to homogeneous slurry. It lasts 15 minutes and is applied to the skin of the face and neck or other area. It stays about 15min. and is washed away.
